Delete your Rentimate account
You can delete your account inside the Rentimate app. Deletion is permanent. It removes the account and the properties, tenants, leases, rent and expense records, uploaded files, and feedback stored for that account.
- Open Rentimate and sign in.
- Go to More, then Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm that you want to delete the account.
- Type the 6-digit code shown on the screen. The account is deleted when the code matches, and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@rentimate.com.au from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it.
删除 Rentimate 账号
可以在 Rentimate 应用里删除自己的账号。删除后不能恢复。该账号以及名下的房源、租客、合同、收租和支出记录、上传的文件和反馈都会被去掉。
- 打开 Rentimate 并登录。
- 进入「更多」，再进入「设置」，然后点「删除账号」。
- 确认要删除这个账号。
- 输入屏幕上显示的 6 位数字。输入一致后账号即被删除，应用回到登录页。
如果已经卸载了应用，请用账号邮箱发信到 support@rentimate.com.au，说明要删除账号。
