This policy describes how the Rentimate mobile app handles information. It applies to the iOS and Android apps and to this website.

Who we are

Rentimate is a landlord app for properties, tenants, leases, rent, and expenses. Contact support@rentimate.com.au.

Information the app stores

You provide this information when you use the app:

• Account details: email address, a password hash if you create a password, and your name.
• Sign-in identifiers from Apple, Google, or Facebook, if you use those buttons. We receive the identifier and email those services share with the app. We do not receive your Apple, Google, or Facebook password.
• Optional profile details: address, suburb, state, postcode, and tax number.
• Records you enter: properties, tenants (including name, phone, email, and passport or ID details you choose to store), leases, rent, expenses, notes, and to-dos.
• Files you upload, such as contracts, photos, and other documents.
• Feedback you send from the app, including any files attached to that feedback.

How it is used

The information is used to run your account, show your records in the app, store your files, send password-reset and account email, and read feedback you submit. Rentimate does not sell personal information.

Where it is kept

Account records and the data you enter are stored in Amazon Web Services in Sydney (ap-southeast-2): a PostgreSQL database and a private file bucket. This website is stored separately and does not hold your account data.

How long it is kept

Records stay until you delete them in the app or you delete the account. Deleting the account removes that account and its properties, tenants, leases, payments, expenses, uploaded files, and feedback.

Deletion and access

You can delete the account in the app. The steps are on the delete account page. To ask a question about this policy, email support@rentimate.com.au.

保存位置和期限

账号和你录入的数据保存在亚马逊云悉尼区域（ap-southeast-2）的 PostgreSQL 数据库和私有文件桶中。本网站单独存放，不保存你的账号数据。记录会保留到你在应用里删除，或删除整个账号。删除账号会去掉该账号及其房源、租客、合同、收租、支出、上传文件和反馈。
